Start your living room interior design journey with a consultation in our Studio or at your home. We’ll brainstorm and share ideas, discuss your budget and timeframe and review floor plans. We gather measurements and create an estimated fee proposal, along with our terms of engagement and an illustrative design brief.

Concept &
Review

Following our initial meeting, we review the architectural plans for your dining room, focusing on areas like floor and wall treatments, lighting fixtures, and layout. We then create a mood board with samples of different finishes, imagery, and design ideas to showcase the project’s vision. This allows us to refine the concept before moving to the next phase.

Detailed Design &
Documentation

Once you have approved the concept and quote, we create a package with detailed documentation and other relevant information for the project. We then plan a detailed specification schedule outlining all required materials, fixtures, and finishes. Paired CAD drawings are produced so that contractors and trades can access all details on site.

We price each product and provide relevant quotations for your review. Where applicable, we provide lead times. Once you are happy to proceed, we order the items and communicate with suppliers to coordinate deliveries.
